Weekly meditation sessions will be held at the fellowship every Thursday 9:30-10:30am. Meditation techniques from different traditions suitable for beginners as well as long-time practitioners will be offered. The one-hour sessions would be divided into three parts: A 25 minute sitting followed by a 10 minute walking meditation at which point beginners, or anyone, would be free to leave.
