The Committee Coordinator is responsible for organizing and supporting the activities of volunteer committees within the fellowship. This role serves as the primary point of contact for committee members to the board of trustees, ensuring effective communication among all participants. Communication: Serve as the liaison between committee members and church leadership, keeping everyone informed about upcoming events, tasks, and decisions. Volunteer Support: Encourage participation, welcome new members, and help volunteers understand their roles and responsibilities. Problem Solving: Address challenges or conflicts within the committee in a respectful and constructive manner. |
