ICE has $38 billion to purchase hundreds of detention warehouses which will imprison as many as 10,000 people per site (largest prison in the US holds 5000) in horrific conditions. Thousands of innocent people – including women and children – are currently being held in such places while ICE blocks oversight by elected officials.
